Here is a recipe to a healthy smoothie that I LOVE. It tastes really good and is healthy. I like to have this smoothie for breakfast because you get all the nutrients for the day and it doesn't make you hungry until lunch or so that you don't go round craving for snacks. This smoothie is also perfect if you just want an energy boost or if you're just hungry and would like something to eat/drink. You could also make this for after a work out.
You will need:
1 cup of raspberries
1 banana
Vanilla yoghurt (half a cup)
A handful of ice cubes
Onto the recipe:
Slice the banana up into little pieces and put them into the blend or mixing jug (depending on what your using)
I'm using a hand mixer:
But you can of course use a blender.
After you have put your banana into your blender and the rest of the ingredients and blend it all together.
Once every has been blended together nicely your smoothie sould look like this and taste delicious! Enjoy making your smoothie!!!!
